1. Project Scoping
We work closely with companies to define clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. This ensures everyone's aligned from day one and sets teams up for success.
2. Team Formation
We carefully assemble interdisciplinary teams of 3-4 students, matching skills and interests to project needs. Teams often include students from different universities, enriching the collaborative experience.
3. Execution & Delivery
Teams work autonomously with regular check-ins, conducting research, analyzing data, and developing recommendations. Projects conclude with a formal presentation and comprehensive written report.

Mentorship Program
Learning thrives with guidance. Our mentorship program pairs experienced members and industry professionals with students to accelerate growth and share real-world insights.
Student Mentorship
Senior SCFC members mentor newer members, sharing lessons learned, providing project guidance, and helping develop consulting and analytical skills. Mentorship is one-on-one or in small groups.
Industry Mentors
We partner with professionals from top consulting firms, banks, and corporations who volunteer their time to mentor our students. These relationships often lead to internships and full-time roles.
Project Coaching
Each student project team is supported by a mentor who provides feedback on analysis, presentation skills, and client interaction. This ensures quality delivery and accelerated learning.

Time Commitment
Expect to dedicate 2-4 hours per week during active project phases, typically lasting 6-10 weeks. We're flexible around exam periods and understand that academics come first. Most members take on 1-2 projects per semester.
